We are open Monday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We do not close on weekends or Philippine public holidays — but we recommend messaging us in advance if you're visiting on a holiday, just to confirm.

Pamana sugar is raw sugarcane — unrefined, minimally processed, and sourced from a family's agricultural heritage. It has a deeper, more complex flavour than refined white sugar, with subtle notes of molasses and caramel. We use it in our coffee drinks because we believe your beverage should carry a story. The name "pamana" means inheritance or legacy in Filipino — and that's exactly what this sugar represents.

Most of our food is available throughout the day while supplies last. Certain items — like our Queso de Bola Croissant and savory scones — are made in limited daily batches and may sell out by mid-afternoon. If you're coming specifically for a particular dish, we recommend arriving earlier in the day or messaging us to check availability.
